Travellers Choice has once again achieved a flawless result in its annual Member Survey, with 100% of the award-winning network’s agents reporting they are either ‘satisfied’ or ‘more than satisfied’ with their membership.
The glowing 2025 results reflect consistent praise across a range of services, including the group’s supplier partnerships, marketing support and standout communication strategy.
Members also gave top marks to Travellers Choice’s annual conference, cementing its reputation as a key highlight of the member experience.
Managing Director Christian Hunter said the results affirm the group’s ability to respond to members’ evolving needs.
“The unrivalled connection we have with our members ensures we understand the most pressing challenges they face,” said Hunter, “and as an organisation we have the skills and flexibility required to continually find ways to help them overcome those challenges.
“The Survey results are a testament to not just the quality of our support services but the way our team delivers them to members.”
The group also achieved a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 90% – a remarkable result in any industry. NPS is a widely respected benchmark of customer and brand loyalty, and scores above 80 are considered exceptional.
“When it comes to customer loyalty, our NPS score once again places Travellers Choice among an elite group of Australia’s most trusted and respected companies,” said Hunter.
As in previous years, the survey also provided insights into the ongoing challenges faced by members. Staffing shortages once again emerged as a key concern among agency owners.
“There is no silver bullet to the recruitment challenge because so many experienced people left during the pandemic that, as an industry, we are now effectively rebuilding from the ground up,” added Hunter.
“But we are helping members address the issue in a number of ways and one of them is through ProStart – a ground-breaking online training program that helps fast-track consultants who are new to the travel industry.
“Now available to our members free of charge, the program cuts the time required for new recruits to become assets to a member’s business, while alleviating critical time and cost pressures on agency managers.
“It’s a program that our members have embraced and that will deliver long-term benefits to our entire group.”
