Launching on July 1, The Sanctuary is a six-week reward experience that combines thoughtful luxury, booking incentives and the opportunity to earn a spot on a hosted escape to Singapore and Bintan in November.
The tone is refreshingly different from a standard booking promotion; it’s soft, calm and conscious of the pressure agents work under daily.

The hero reward? One of seven spots on a hosted luxury trip that includes flights to Singapore, ferry transfers to Bintan Island and five days of gentle, high-end travel across two spectacular Banyan Group resorts, Mandai Rainforest Resort in Singapore Wild and the iconic Banyan Tree Bintan, where private pool villas sit above the sea.
Breakfast, dinner and a curated blend of social time, stillness and personal space are all included.

Agents can qualify in two ways. Two spots will go to the highest bookers: one for the agent with the most bookings at Banyan Tree Bintan and one for the most bookings across any Banyan Group property (including Banyan Tree, Angsana, and Cassia brands).
The remaining five places will be drawn from agents who make 20 or more confirmed and paid bookings during the campaign. Each agent who qualifies will receive one entry, a $50 Bonus Room-Res Rewards boost and additional entries for every booking into a Banyan Group hotel made after their first 20.
As with all Room-Res campaigns, only confirmed and paid bookings are eligible. The Sanctuary runs through July 29th and all key details, including a full itinerary, terms and conditions, and FAQs, are now live on the dedicated microsite.
