Travellers Choice is inviting all independent travel agency owners to experience part of its 2025 Conference in Melbourne, opening its doors to non-members for the first time. The move aims to support independent agents who often face challenges connecting directly with suppliers.

The three-day conference will be held from 28–30 November at CENTREPIECE at Melbourne Park, with the Preferred Supplier Exhibition taking place on Saturday 29 November.

Managing Director Christian Hunter said that any agency owner wishing to attend the exhibition simply needs to email their details to events@travellerschoice.com.au.

“Given the ongoing pressures around staff recruitment and retention, we know many independent agents struggle to find the time or opportunities to meet face-to-face with suppliers, and the challenge is even greater for those outside of metropolitan centres,” said Hunter.

“By throwing open the doors to our Preferred Supplier Exhibition, we’re giving agents the chance to connect with leading travel companies and tourism organisations. It’s also an opportunity for them to experience the welcoming and supportive culture that defines Travellers Choice.”

In addition to the exhibition, non-members will be able to attend selected conference sessions on the Saturday, including Hunter’s keynote address and presentations by ATIA Chief Executive Dean Long and business growth expert Matt Alderton.

The 2025 conference will also serve as a celebration for Travellers Choice members, marking another year of success for the group, including its fifth consecutive win of the NTIA Most Outstanding Travel Agency Network award. Members will participate in the company’s Annual General Meeting and the National Awards Gala Dinner.
