Flight Centre Travel Group’s flagship corporate brands, FCM Travel and Corporate Traveller, have been recognised as Great Place to Work organisations across 11 countries, highlighting their strong commitment to building supportive and inspiring workplaces.

The certification, one of the most respected measures of workplace culture, is based entirely on employee feedback. It reflects how team members feel about their workplace, their leaders, and the opportunities for growth and wellbeing offered to them. For FCM Travel and Corporate Traveller, the results affirm a long standing focus on people as the company’s greatest asset.

Global Corporate Chief Operating Officer Melissa Elf said the achievement was a reflection of the collective spirit within the teams.

“We’re incredibly honoured to receive the Great Place to Work certification in 11 countries across four continents,” she said. “This recognition speaks to our people and the positive culture we have built together.”

Melissa noted that while technology and AI continue to transform the travel industry, the brands’ success is rooted in the balance between innovation and human expertise.

“There’s a lot of discussion about technology and the growing role of AI in shaping the future. These innovations are essential for delivering excellent customer experiences,” she said.
“But tech alone isn’t enough. Customers expect a seamless blend of advanced tools and genuine expertise. That is where we stand apart, bringing together innovation with years of proven experience.”

She added that creating an environment where people feel supported remains central to the corporate division’s strategy.

“Our flagship brands offer an alternative and refreshed approach to business travel, and at FCTG our people are our most valuable asset. We are committed to keeping our workplace dynamic and supportive so everyone has the chance to thrive.”

Both FCM and Corporate Traveller continue to invest in initiatives that prioritise work life balance, diversity and inclusion, ongoing learning, and innovation. From global development programmes to inclusive policies, the brands aim to foster places where ideas can grow and long term careers can flourish.

Melissa said the certification is both a celebration and a motivation for the future.

“We extend our heartfelt thanks to our incredible team for their dedication and to Great Place to Work for this recognition. Together, we will continue building a bright future for our people and the customers we serve.”
