A luxury 31-villa contemporary estate is set to open in Seminyak in the second half of the year.
Elite Havens has been appointed exclusive manager and marketer of Akkulla, with the company embedded from pre-opening to shape service design, guest experience, pricing strategy and go-to-market planning.
Maya Rigg, Elite Havens CEO, said the early involvement had allowed the team to shape the estate around real guest insights.
“Managing the entire complex enables us to curate the journey from arrival to departure, ensuring consistency, quality and the warm, personalised service Elite Havens is known for,” Ms Rigg said.
Set in a tranquil pocket of Seminyak minutes from the beach, Akkulla blends clean contemporary lines with Balinese textures, warm timber tones and seamless indoor-outdoor living spaces anchored by private pools.
The estate spans five villa typologies, from one-bedroom garden retreats ideal for couples to four-bedroom signature villas for larger families and multi-generational groups.
Beyond the private villas, communal spaces include Rasa Galleria, a multi-level hub featuring an all-day dining restaurant, a second restaurant with a playground and a wellness centre, alongside Cakra Lounge for relaxed social moments and remote working.
