Hawaii Tourism Oceania has wrapped up its largest-ever Month of Lei roadshow, bringing Hawaiian culture, destination updates and the spirit of aloha to more than 400 travel advisors across Australia and New Zealand.

Held from May 4 to 8, the multi-city programme visited Auckland, Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney, while also introducing Hawaii’s new global marketing campaign, Hawai‘i Stays With You.

The annual roadshow celebrated Hawaii’s famous Lei Day traditions through immersive events designed to showcase the culture, hospitality and unique experiences found across the Hawaiian Islands.

Representatives from three Hawaiian Island Visitor Bureaus joined the events, including Karishma Chowfin for Oahu, Brent Lausterer for Maui and Maile Brown for Kauai. Attendees received updates on new accommodation offerings, visitor experiences and evolving travel trends across the islands.

While a representative from the Island of Hawaii was unable to attend in person, the destination remained part of the training sessions and presentations throughout the week.

A major highlight of the roadshow was the extensive prize pool, with travel advisors winning a range of Hawaiian holidays, accommodation packages and flights.

Winners included advisers from agencies such as Flight Centre, Helloworld Travel, Luxury Escapes, Travel Managers and MTA Travel.

Travel advisors unable to attend in person can still access the 2026 Hawai‘i Showcase webinar featuring destination insights and updates from across the Hawaiian Islands.
