FCM New Zealand has claimed the title of Corporate Travel Agency of the Year for the second consecutive year at the 2026 National Travel Industry Awards (NTIA).
Held at the New Zealand International Convention Centre and hosted by the Travel Agent’s Association of New Zealand (TAANZ), the annual awards recognise excellence, innovation and outstanding customer service across the travel industry.
The corporate travel specialist also celebrated individual success on the night, with Ashleigh Jarvis winning Customer Advocacy of the Year and FCM consultant Lacca Du taking home the People’s Choice Award.
FCM New Zealand General Manager Kelly Thomas said the awards reflected the dedication and passion of the company’s team.
“I’m incredibly proud of our team, and a huge congrats to Ashleigh and Lacca,” Thomas said.
“It’s been a big year for our business and the wider travel industry, and being recognised two years in a row reflects the consistency and care our people bring to our customers every day to deliver brilliant travel experiences.”
Thomas said businesses were increasingly relying on experienced travel partners as the corporate travel landscape continued to evolve.
“More than ever, organisations are leaning on the expertise of their travel partners to help them manage costs, keep their people safe and respond quickly when plans change,” she said.
“Our focus is on helping our customers get more from their travel programmes – making their travel easy, flexible and better value.”
Over the past 12 months, FCM New Zealand has continued investing in new technology and digital solutions designed to improve the customer experience.
That includes the rollout of AI-powered assistant Sam and being among the first travel management companies to provide NDC content through its online booking platform.
“From our AI-powered assistant Sam, to being among the first to bring NDC content to our customers through our online booking platform, our job is to keep adapting so that Kiwi businesses get the most out of every trip,” Thomas added.
