Bookings have opened for the inaugural 2028/29 season of Atlas Adventurer, the world’s first luxury expedition sailing yacht, which Atlas Ocean Voyages will launch in November 2028.
In Australia, reservations are available through Cruise Traveller, with launch savings and a $US3,000 flight credit per suite available for bookings made before September 30.
The inaugural season features 16 expedition voyages across new-to-brand destinations in Asia and Africa from November 2028 to May 2029.
A standout 14-night Christmas-New Year sailing from Bangkok to Bali departs December 23, 2028, visiting Cambodia, Phu Quoc in Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City, Semarang in Indonesia and Bali, before docking in Singapore on New Year’s Eve.
The Singapore stop coincides with a full moon lunar eclipse beginning at 12:15am on January 1, 2029, and peaking at 1am as Atlas Adventurer sails out of the harbour.
The voyage concludes in Benoa, Bali, on January 6, 2029, priced from $US13,706 per person twin share in an ocean view suite.
Joe O’Sullivan, Cruise Traveller Managing Director, said the new vessel would appeal to Australians seeking immersive exploration paired with refined elegance.
“Atlas Adventurer will chart new waters for Atlas, venturing into Asia and Africa, destinations rich in culture, wildlife and unforgettable discovery,” Mr O’Sullivan said.
Atlas Adventurer will be a 210-metre, three-masted sailing yacht accommodating up to 400 guests in all-suite accommodation, featuring seven dining venues, five lounges and a nine-megawatt marine battery system supporting near-silent electric-hybrid propulsion.
