Celebrity Cruises has reached a new milestone in its food and beverage program, securing 25 honours at the 2026 Wine Spectator Awards, the most the line has ever received in a single year.

The haul includes 17 ‘Best of Award of Excellence’ honours and eight ‘Award of Excellence’ recognitions, bringing Celebrity’s total to 165 awards over 14 consecutive years, cementing its position as the most awarded wine program at sea.

Jan Sorensen, Celebrity Cruises Vice President of Food and Beverage Operations, said the recognition reflected the line’s commitment to excellence across its fleet.

“With up to 32 food and beverage venues on board, we offer something for every guest’s preference, while providing authentic, globally inspired experiences like no other,” Mr Sorensen said.

Among the venues recognised are Le Voyage, the exclusive restaurant by chef Daniel Boulud that earlier this year became the first Forbes Travel Guide five-star rated restaurant at sea, and two new venues. Trattoria Rossa, which debuted on the revitalised Celebrity Solstice in March, serves Roman and Southern Italian cuisine, while Mosaic on Celebrity Xcel offers elevated dishes inspired by the regions the ship visits.

Guests aboard Celebrity ships can choose from more than 500 wines, with a trained sommelier in every restaurant alongside food and wine pairing workshops and world wine tours available on board.
