Registrations are now open for the largest gathering of corporate travel, business events, aviation, travel payments and travel technology professionals in the Southern Hemisphere.

The Festival of Aviation & Corporate Travel Summits (FACTS) will return to ICC Sydney on November 25-26.

Now entering its third year, FACTS 2026 is set to build on the rapid growth of the event, bringing together thousands of travel industry professionals for two days of learning, engagement and commercial discussions.

The event has established itself as Australia’s largest corporate travel conference and expo, creating a unique platform where buyers, suppliers and industry leaders connect, learn and do business.

Festival Director Derek Sadubin said the event’s continued growth reflects the industry’s need for a single platform that brings together the full business travel ecosystem.

“Corporate travel buyers, event professionals, travel suppliers, aviation leaders, tech providers and TMCs are facing increasingly interconnected challenges,” he added.

“FACTS has become the place where those conversations happen, where commercial relationships are built and where the industry comes together to shape the future.

“With an expanded exhibition space, more qualified buyers, more suppliers and a broader range of educational content than ever before, FACTS 2026 will be our biggest.”

The event will feature a significantly expanded exhibition floor, dedicated networking events, opportunities for impactful buyer-supplier meetings, live demonstrations, industry insights and thought leadership from some of the most influential voices in business travel and events.

Registrations have opened with travel industry suppliers (including airlines, hotels, car rentals, TMCs, payments and tech providers, destinations and venues) now able to secure an ultra early bird delegate pass for $995 (+GST), representing a saving of more than $500 per ticket from the standard full pass rate.

Ultra early bird passes are available for purchase until July 17.

Additionally, FACTS has launched applications for its Qualified Buyer Program designed for corporate travel and event buyers and decision-makers.
