Travel advisors have one final opportunity to earn rewards through a client-facing virtual event, with an Eastern Europe river journey taking centre stage on September 24.
Viking’s final Virtual Explorer Session of the year will focus on its 17-day Capitals of Eastern Europe itinerary, travelling from Vienna to Bucharest through destinations across the Balkans.
The free online session begins at 11am (AEST) and will run for just over an hour, combining destination inspiration with a live Q&A, booking offers and prize giveaways.
Attendees will also have the chance to win a companion cruise fare valued at up to $11,000. If the winning guest was referred by a travel advisor, that advisor will receive $1,000 in Rewards by Viking points.
Advisors can also earn $10 in Rewards by Viking points for each referred client who attends the session, plus an additional $50 if that client makes a booking within 14 days.
To qualify for the rewards, advisors must send their clients’ names to Viking before the session.
The Capitals of Eastern Europe journey includes Vienna’s musical and Habsburg heritage along with cities and towns across Eastern Europe and the Balkans before concluding in Bucharest.
