Powerhouse Communications has announced new client appointments, an expanded network of senior specialists and the appointment of a Senior Counsel.
Founded by LJ Loch, Gaynor Reid and Chris Waite (above), the specialist luxury travel, tourism, hospitality and property agency has welcomed a run of high-profile clients in its first few months.
These include Mulpha Group, Brady Hotels, Plaza Premium Group, The Ascott Limited / Quest Apartment Hotels and Scenic Group.
Powerhouse has also signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Saigontourist in Vietnam, in partnership with Australia Vietnam Tourism Promotion (AVTIP).
The growth follows Powerhouse being jointly named ‘Best Marketing and PR Agency’ in the Spice 100 Awards 2026.
To support its growth, the company has expanded its bench of consultants, with Cynthia Dammerer, Natalie Brown, Nicole Ford and Ginni Post joining its ‘Powerhouse Amplifiers’ network, bringing further depth to an agency built around direct access to experienced people.
The Powerhouse Amplifiers network gives clients access to accomplished specialists matched to each brief.
For its members, it offers the chance to work on ambitious projects alongside experienced peers, with the independence and flexibility they value.
Anthony Dennis, former travel editor of The Sydney Morning Herald and The Age, also joins as Senior Counsel.
“There is so much experience in this industry and a real appetite to put it to work in a more flexible way,” Ms Reid said.
“Amplifiers gives talented people the freedom to do work they love, with people they respect. Our clients get a senior team built around what they need.
“If you know your craft, have great relationships and still love the thrill of landing a brilliant story or creating a standout campaign, we’d love to hear from you.”
