Viking has launched its 2027–2029 Ocean Voyages Brochure, providing travel advisors and their clients with a comprehensive look at the line’s ocean program over the next three years.

Building on Viking’s enhanced brochure design, the 248-page publication features larger maps, clearer itinerary overviews and additional voyage planning tools.

The brochure features itineraries ranging from eight days through to the 170-day ‘Viking World Voyage III’, alongside overnight stay information and a selection of included and optional shore excursions.

Among the highlights are two newer itineraries gaining momentum with Australasian travellers:

  • Japan Discovery (15-days), including three ports new to Viking: Aomori, Niigata and Hakata

The brochure also showcases Viking’s range of pre- and post-voyage extensions, combination journey options and a voyage calendar designed to help advisors identify sailing opportunities across the fleet.

To support forward bookings, Viking is currently running its Flights on Us campaign, giving travellers included economy airfares of up to $2,800 per person on selected 2027–2029 ocean voyages.

Michelle Black, Viking Managing Director ANZ, said the new brochure reflects the growing trend of travellers planning further ahead for future holidays:

“Many travellers are taking a longer-term view when it comes to travel, giving themselves more time to choose the destinations and departure dates that best suit them,” she added.

“This brochure brings together our ocean voyages through to 2029, including newer itineraries in Alaska and Japan that are already generating strong interest.

“Combined with our Flights on Us offer, travellers have the opportunity to secure great value on their next voyage.

“It is an exciting time for Viking, following the recent announcement of the Viking Vega and the Viking Leda, which will join our award-winning ocean fleet in 2028 and 2029 respectively.”

The cruise line has even more reason to celebrate after being voted #1 for Rivers and #1 for Oceans by Condé Nast Traveler in the publication’s 2026 Readers’ Choice Awards.

This marks the sixth consecutive year Viking has been rated at the top of both the river and ocean categories.

“To be recognised as #1 in both categories six years in a row is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire Viking family,” said Leah Talactac, President and CEO of Viking.

“We are grateful to our guests for their trust and support and proud that our commitment to enriching, destination-focused experiences continues to resonate with curious travellers.”
