A new collection of bars, lounges and beverage concepts will debut aboard Seven Seas Prestige when the ship enters service in December, with menus spanning Mediterranean flavours and alcohol-free options.

Among the new venues is Galileo’s Bar, inspired by the Italian aperitivo tradition. Its Negroni Observatory will feature several interpretations of the classic cocktail, alongside drinks including the Dark Matter Espresso Martini, Jupiter’s Garden and a zero-proof Orbit Zero Espresso Martini.

Mediterranean and Middle Eastern restaurant Azure will introduce a complementary beverage list built around citrus, herbs and regional influences.

Drinks include the Monastery Sour with bénédictine, brandy, lemon and thyme, the Beet and Pear Sour and the floral Provence Bloom.

At Solmar Terrace, the focus will be on drinks suited to open-air dining, including the Pearl of the Riviera, Imperial Yuzu, Mediterranean Paloma and Harissa Bloody Mary. Alcohol-free options will include Orchard Fizz and Dark ‘n Spicy.

Wesley D’Silva, Regent Seven Seas Cruises President, said each venue had been developed to create a different atmosphere across the ship.

“Whether guests are gathering with friends before dinner, celebrating a special milestone or simply enjoying a perfectly crafted cocktail at sea, these experiences have been designed to feel immersive, elevated and distinctly Regent,” Mr D’Silva said.

The beverage program will also include a new signature Seven Seas Prestige cocktail combining Patrón Silver Tequila, Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto, lime juice, egg white, agave syrup and citrus bitters.

Other drinking venues aboard the ship will include the Prestige Lounge, Meridian Lounge, Observation Lounge, Connoisseur Lounge, Pool Bar and Coffee Connection.

Seven Seas Prestige will make its maiden sailing from Miami on December 28, beginning an 11-night roundtrip Caribbean voyage before continuing through the Caribbean and later crossing the Atlantic for European itineraries.
