The Treasures of the South Pacific (www.tosp.com.au) is proud to celebrate the resounding success of their recently concluded national roadshow, which captivated audiences across six major Australian cities: Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and Canberra. With over 700 travel agents RSVPing to this immersive experience, the roadshow set a new benchmark for industry engagement.

Along with Fiji Airways as the major sponsor, the roadshow brought together representatives from 10 National Tourism Offices, including Norfolk Island, Solomon Islands, New Caledonia, Vanuatu, Fiji, Samoa, Cook Islands, Niue, Tahiti, and, for the first time, Palau. Participants were treated to a dynamic blend of information, entertainment, and exclusive insights into the unique offerings of these captivating destinations. The event also featured exciting prizes, further enhancing the experience for attendees.

Also supported by the Pacific Tourism Office, Pacific Trade Invest Australia, and the Australian Tourism Industry Association (ATIA), the roadshow provided a platform for attendees to gain a comprehensive understanding of the wonders awaiting travellers in the South Pacific. The event was praised for its engaging format, which offered a wealth of insider knowledge and firsthand insights from destination experts.

The overwhelming response and positive feedback from participants have set the stage for the Treasures of the South Pacific roadshow to return in 2025. Planning is already underway to ensure next year’s event is even more impactful, continuing to strengthen the connection between Australian travel agents and the vibrant destinations of the South Pacific.
