The advisors got to experience Club Med Québec Charlevoix and discover everything the ski resort has to offer.
“With Australia ranking among the top four markets globally for Club Med ski sales, this VIP Trip was a fantastic opportunity to broaden our agents’ knowledge and inspire confidence in selling a lesser-known destination within our portfolio,” said Lisa Bacon, Head of Trade Sales for Club Med Pacific.
“Despite sales for Québec Charlevoix soaring by 148% for the 2025/2026 ski season, many agents are unaware of the presence of a Club Med resort in Canada and the convenience of extending a holiday in Canada to this destination.”
Each morning was spent skiing, while afternoons were dedicated to immersive group experiences.
From a guided tour of Québec City to a tasting experience in nearby Baie Saint Paul to activities perfect for non-skiers such as dog sledding and horse riding through the snowy mountains, agents were given a well-rounded view of the destination.
In between, there was time to unwind and enjoy the resort’s spa, pools and saunas, before indulging in gourmet dining and evening entertainment.
“The VIP Trip 2024 was one of the best Club Med experiences I’ve ever had and allowed me to identify high end clients and families as the ideal target demographic,” said Cassie Muhlhan of Where 2 Travel.
“It’s a product and destination I genuinely want to promote and sell to clients, and I’m already working alongside my team to take sales to new heights.”
Travel agents can secure up to 30% off their clients stay at Club Med Québec Charlevoix when travelling between November 28 and May 3, 2026, with Club Med’s Early Bird Sale 2026. The sale ends on May 9.
“As a four-season resort, with incredible spring ski conditions, and summer activities like hiking, biking and whale watching, Club Med Québec Charlevoix is a compelling year-round destination,” added Ms Bacon.
