Dinner last night: glass of red.
Ping! Flight delayed.
New takeoff: 10.45am.
Me: Orders second red. Alarm bumped from 5am to a delicious 6.30am. Bliss.
Another ping: 11.30am now. I could’ve stayed in bed until 8. No complaints – at least Qantas told me.
AT THE AIRPORT
✅ Bag drop: smooth.
❌ Security & immigration: chaos (Sydney, breathe).
😎 Duty-free damage: new Mac lipstick + overpriced moisturiser because “travel glow.”
ONBOARD LIFE
Exit row = legroom dreams.
Flight’s packed but I’m comfy.
Drinks land fast – big snack bag (none of those sad mini packs). Pretzels, nuts, spicy bits = yes please.

Plus – an actual joke about ice cream for good behaviour. Love it.
The curry? FAB. Spicy, tasty, not your usual beige airline blob. Watched Led Zeppelin doco while devouring it. Both were hot!
