Jacki Hodge has scored a six-figure salary to travel through Europe and Asia trialling the world’s most outrageous hangover cures.
The 28-year-old from Wollongong beat off thousands of applicants to become the world’s first Chief Hangover Officer (CHO).
She’ll now subject herself to bull penis in Sicily and brandy with sparrow droppings in Budapest, all while documenting the chaos on @alc_eze social channels.
It’s all part of alc-eze’s mission to uncover the next big breakthrough in natural hangover recovery and bring it to the world in the most entertaining way possible.
“I’m absolutely thrilled to take on this role,” said Jacki (pictured above). “I’ve always had a passion for discovering new cultures and life hacks, and now I get to do that while representing alc-eze and helping others ease their hangovers in the most unconventional ways. Absolutely buzzing to start this wild journey.”
Jacki will kick off her CHO journey with a European leg before continuing her quest to uncover hangover hacks across the globe, with Asia next on the cards and more destinations to be revealed along the way.
“We were looking for curiosity, creativity and a touch of chaos, and Jacki delivered on all fronts,” said Anthony Taylor, co-founder of alc-eze.
“She’s a fearless traveller, a compelling storyteller and someone who truly understands the mission: curing hangovers, naturally and globally.”
