Changes include:
David Craven has been promoted to Field Sales & Key Account Manager. With extensive experience in sales, David will lead the national field team and partner closely with key accounts to drive performance and consistency across regions.
The promotion of Heather Pryde to National Sales Manager. This expanded role reflects Heather’s significant contributions and additional responsibilities.
The promotion of Elly Eves to Key Account & Operations Manager. Elly will continue to lead the Sales Support & Groups function, while expanding her responsibilities to include operational support across the sales team and management of a portfolio of key accounts.
The role of Queensland State Manager has been filled by Tyrone Jost. Tyrone brings a wealth of Princess experience to the position, having spent six years working on board the ships which has provided him with a strong foundation to succeed in this role and support trade across QLD, Northern NSW and the NT.
