Under the strategic direction of Andy Young, SVP Sales Oceania, the trade sales team has expanded by 25%, adding new on-road sales professionals and senior leadership roles.

This investment ensures that TTC Tour Brands partners will benefit not only from enhanced marketing capability but also from greater face-to-face sales engagement and relationship support.

As part of this expansion, Jo Leckie (left) has been promoted to Field Sales Director – QLD, SA & NZ, overseeing seven TTC Tour Brands Sales Managers across these territories.

Jo’s proven success as a TTC Tour Brands Sales Manager makes her ideally placed to lead and inspire the team.

In addition, Melinda Wouda joins TTC Tour Brands as Field Sales Director – VIC/TAS, NSW/ACT & WA/NT, bringing a wealth of industry experience to drive growth across the full suite of brands.

The structure has also been strengthened with four dedicated Strategic Account Managers.

Nicole Rodgers will oversee the FCTG Oceania partnership, Tomas Malmberg will manage key consortia relationships, Marija Tolj will focus on elevating the House of Travel partnership and Ki Williams continues to lead on home-based and OTA accounts across Australia and New Zealand.

In an industry first for the region, TTC Tour Brands has also created a new Sales Development Team, focused exclusively on supporting smaller and emerging agencies that may not typically receive regular in-person sales engagement.

This team will be led by Marija Tolj and supported by long-time TTC Tour Brands Sales Managers Suzy McPhail and Kayla McCarthy, who together will help agencies unlock their full potential across the TTC Tour Brands portfolio.

“Our partners are at the heart of everything we do,” said Andy Young, SVP Sales Oceania, TTC Tour Brands.

“By investing in more people, new leadership and a unique sales development team, we are ensuring that every agency – large or small – feels equipped, supported and inspired to grow their business across Trafalgar, Insight Vacations, Costsaver and Contiki.”

TTC has also established a new Partner Marketing team dedicated to the Australian region.

The team will be led by Louise Levesque, Partner Marketing Director, who will oversee strategy across Oceania, ensuring campaigns align with consortia growth ambitions.

Supporting her, Mia Hamzic, Senior Partner Marketing Manager, will focus on execution – managing campaigns, driving partner enablement and ROI, and ensuring seamless delivery of regional activity.

Completing the team, Bridgett Crumplin, Partner Marketing Coordinator, will provide day-to-day support, including campaign delivery and partner communications.
