The new 15-day self-drive itinerary journeys across Canada’s prairie heartland, from Winnipeg through Saskatchewan and finishing in Edmonton.
Combining wildlife encounters, cultural immersion and Indigenous-led experiences, this road trip invites travellers to follow in the footsteps of the bison – an enduring symbol of resilience, renewal and connection to the land.
The itinerary also features the National Indigenous Residential School Museum of Canada in Manitoba – a vital site of truth-seeking – and incorporates Indigenous-owned and led experiences that invite guests into stories of culture, heritage and healing.
