The event took place in in Sun City, South Africa, bringing together industry partners and members from the group’s five core markets: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa and the USA.
This year’s theme, ‘Beyond Every Journey’, emphasised the brand’s focus on enabling and empowering travel advisors and agencies within the Envoyage network to build future-fit businesses and explore opportunities for growth and transformation.
“The destination and event itself were unforgettable, but what stood out most was the engagement from advisors,” said Anna Fawcett, General Manager APAC at Back Roads Touring, Top Deck Travel and Grasshopper Adventures.
“From start to finish they were proactive, curious and eager to connect – to the point where we could barely move without being stopped for a chat whether at the booth, at events, in the hallways and even at breakfast.
“That level of focus on getting the right information from suppliers isn’t always the norm and it made Worldwide 2025 extremely worthwhile.”
There were four Australian winners at the event:

# Top Agency Member of the Year – Australia: Sportslink
# Travel Entrepreneur of the Year: Belle Goldie, The Cruise & Travel Store, Australia.
