Ms Raeder takes up her new position today at GFOB consisting of leading guided coach touring companies Globus and Cosmos, and luxury river cruising operator Avalon Waterways.
“Johanna’s global brand expertise and her deep travel industry experience across cruise, air and land will support our business as we strive for a strong phase of growth in the APAC region,” said Chris Hall, Globus family of brands’ Asia Pacific managing director.
“She understands multi-channel marketing distribution and she’ll lead the marketing team, aiming to drive growth for our Globus, Cosmos and Avalon Waterways brands by ensuring our marketing spend supports our exceptional product offering.”
A well-respected and highly knowledgeable senior international marketing leader, Johanna has more than 15 years of experience in the travel industry, executing growth and ROI driven marketing strategies and leading teams across airlines, cruises, hotels and destinations.
Most recently, Johanna held the position of marketing director at Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia and has held various senior positions at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, as well as the LATAM Airlines Group.
Based out of the Sydney office, Johanna will be responsible for leading the marketing strategy and full trade and consumer marketing mix for Globus family of brands across APAC.
