AAT Kings has strengthened its national sales strategy with the appointment of three experienced industry leaders, reinforcing its commitment to deeper trade partnerships and continued growth across Australia and New Zealand.

Adrian Piotto steps into the role of General Manager, Commercial, Sales and Revenue; Christina MacDonald has been appointed NSW/ACT Sales Manager; and Nicky Keay joins as QLD Sales Manager.

Mr Piotto brings extensive experience across sales leadership, distribution and commercial strategy, having worked alongside the business in 2025.

He will now oversee commercial, sales and revenue functions across Australia, New Zealand, North America and EMEA, with a focus on driving performance, enhancing distribution partnerships and empowering regional sales teams.

Ms MacDonald joins with a strong background spanning wholesale and retail travel, including leadership roles within the Flight Centre network.

She will concentrate on strengthening agent engagement and accelerating growth across NSW and the ACT, leveraging her deep trade knowledge and relationship management expertise.

Ms Keay brings more than 25 years of experience across retail, wholesale, airline and cruise sectors. Beginning her career with Flight Centre in New Zealand, she later moved into wholesale roles in hotels and cruising.

After relocating to Australia, she served as Business Development Manager at Wendy Wu Tours and most recently as a Travel Advisor with Cruiseabout. She joins AAT Kings with strong industry relationships and deep market insight across Queensland.

CEO Ben Hall said the appointments underscore the company’s focus on its agency network.

“We know strong trade partnerships are at the heart of our success, and the appointments of Adrian, Christina and Nicky reflect our commitment to supporting our agency community,” he added.

“Each brings outstanding industry expertise and a passion for travel that will help us strengthen relationships, unlock new opportunities and deliver unforgettable journeys across Australia and New Zealand.”
