Accor has recognised leading hotels and teams across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific at the 2026 Accor Pacific Awards, celebrating excellence in hospitality, innovation and community impact.
Presented annually, the awards highlight standout performance across the region, where Accor operates more than 400 hotels. This year’s winners were recognised across ten categories, covering areas such as guest experience, sustainability, operational excellence and food and beverage innovation.
Peppers Seaport Launceston received the top honour of Hotel of the Year and was also recognised for Operations Excellence. Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour won the Work of Heart award for team engagement, while ibis Sydney Barangaroo received the Art of Hospitality award for guest experience initiatives.

In the Responsible Hospitality category, Mercure Alice Springs Resort and Mantra Melbourne Airport were recognised for sustainability leadership. The Food and Beverage Innovators award went to Pullman and Novotel Sydney Olympic Park for their dining concepts.
Other winners included Pullman Adelaide for the Pioneering Mindset award and Te Arikinui Pullman Auckland Airport, Novotel Auckland Airport and ibis budget Auckland Airport for Social Care and Impact.
