Launched under the newly unified ALL Accor+ brand, the premium subscription offers members unparalleled value, including guaranteed hotel discounts, two free nights annually, exclusive dining perks, and automatic Gold status or higher in Accor’s free global loyalty program.
The move marks a major evolution for Accor Plus, the group’s long-standing loyalty subscription business in Asia Pacific, which has served over 450,000 members for more than 30 years. While Accor Plus continues to operate in the region, ALL Accor+ Explorer represents a global rollout of the model – and a bold shift into the rapidly growing travel subscription space.
“With ALL Accor+ Explorer, we’re delivering a premium loyalty experience that offers exceptional value, flexibility and global reach,” Emilie Couton, CEO of Accor Plus said.
“This new model builds on decades of success in Asia Pacific and brings it to a much broader audience.”
The subscription gives members access to a wide range of benefits across 4,500+ hotels and 30+ Accor brands worldwide, including Sofitel, Fairmont, Pullman, Raffles, Novotel, Mercure, ibis and more. Members receive 15% off hotel bookings globally, plus discounts of up to 50% on select properties in Asia Pacific via Red Hot Rooms.
Dining also plays a big role, with 30% off meals and 15% off drinks at more than 1,600 restaurants and 1,200 bars across the region.
Additional highlights of the ALL Accor+ Explorer subscription include:
- Two free nights per year in Asia Pacific hotels
- Guaranteed ALL Accor Gold status** (including perks like upgrades, early check-in/late check-out
- Priority access to exclusive events and limited-time offers
- Integrated management through the ALL Accor app and platform
The success of the Accor Plus model in Asia Pacific has already proven the business case: in 2024 alone, Accor Plus members stayed five times more nights than non-members, generating over 3.1 million room nights.
As of this launch, all existing Accor Plus members have been automatically upgraded to the new premium subscription. The program will continue to be managed by Accor Plus in the Asia Pacific region, with plans to expand the offer into new key markets globally in 2026.
Travel agents, hotel partners, and brands looking to tap into the high-value traveller segment are watching this shift closely, as Accor leads the way in redefining what travel loyalty looks like in a subscription-based economy.
