TFE Hotels is ramping up its investment in Brisbane ahead of the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games, announcing the February 2026 opening of Adina Chermside Brisbane, key leadership appointments, and the completion of a rolling refurbishment at Adina Anzac Square.
The 148-key Adina Chermside, designed by award-winning WMK Architecture, will offer studios and apartments, a gym, meeting rooms, on-site parking, and St Marks Road Co. eatery. Located near Westfield Chermside and the Prince Charles Hospital precinct, the property aims to serve corporate, leisure, and extended-stay guests.
Leadership appointments include Sue Rowe as General Manager of Adina Chermside, bringing 27 years of TFE Hotels experience, and Bri Hill as Cluster GM across Adina Brisbane and Adina Anzac Square. Hill has overseen initiatives including guest experience pilots and a global brand repositioning, earning multiple industry awards.
Meanwhile, Adina Anzac Square has completed a rolling refurbishment, refreshing its reception, library, communal workspaces, and accommodation floors. The 67-room property blends heritage architecture with modern interiors, providing guests with apartment-style comfort in Brisbane’s CBD.
“From the CBD to Brisbane’s northern suburbs, our Adina hotels are evolving with the River City,” TFE Hotels COO Chris Sedgwick said. “Each project reflects our commitment to purposeful investment as we drive momentum for the Adina brand into 2026.”
