Ms Theofanou brings a wealth of experience across global brands, purpose-led businesses and category disruptors. She has held senior marketing roles with Havaianas, Thankyou and Minor Figures.

She has also worked across FMCG, sport and creative industries, most recently consulting with Studio Dive, a creative studio known for its innovative experiential work.

The new appointment follows Louise Laing’s recent promotion to Vice President of USA Marketing, part of a broader evolution of Intrepid’s global marketing leadership as the company accelerates towards its 2030 growth ambitions.
