More than a thousand travel professionals have gathered in Melbourne as winners were named across 39 categories at the biggest National Travel Industry Awards on record.
Flight Centre won the ‘Branded Travel Agency Group’ award and Envoyage (below) won the ‘Travel Agency Network’ award.
Envoyage had a big night, also taking out ‘Most Outstanding Mobile Advisor Network’ while Sisterhood Womens Travel won the People’s Choice Award.
Viking (below) won ‘Most Popular Ocean Cruise Operator’ while Avalon Waterways took out ‘Most Popular River Cruise Operator’
Luxury Escapes also won twice, taking ‘Most Outstanding Online Travel Agency’ and ‘Most Outstanding Employee Engagement and Recruitment Program’, while Destination Canada (below) walked away with ‘Most Popular Tourism Office’.
The NTIAs capped a weekend that began with the Beyond Borders Travel Summit at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre and the NTIA Finalist Celebration.
The Wellness 5K around Albert Park took part on Saturday morning, before the NTIA Gala Dinner that night.
Beyond Borders and the 2027 NTIA will take place in Sydney on October 15 and October 16 respectively.
