Cathay Pacific is celebrating its 80th anniversary by giving travellers more reason to start planning their next international escape.
The airline is running a month long sale offering savings on flights to more than 70 destinations across its global network.
From Sydney, travellers can take advantage of special fares across selected fare types and all travel classes, with the sale running from now until September 30 for travel from October 16 through to June 17, 2027.
For Australian travellers, the offer puts some of the world’s most sought after destinations within reach including New York, Vancouver, London, Amsterdam, Seoul, Taipei, Beijing and Shanghai, alongside Cathay Pacific’s extensive network across Asia and beyond.

# Travellers in WA are about to get an upgrade with Cathay’s award-winning Aria Suite business class, all-new premium economy and refreshed economy cabins set to debut on the Perth–Hong Kong route from October 26.
The retrofitted Boeing 777-300ER will operate selected CX171 and CX140 services through to March 27, 2027, giving WA travellers the chance to experience Cathay’s newest cabin products.
The Aria Suite offers 45 private suites in a 1-2-1 configuration, with privacy doors, wireless charging, soft LED lighting and a 24-inch 4K entertainment screen – the largest ever offered by Cathay Pacific.
