Unforgettable Travel Company has expanded its global employee benefits scheme for 2026, with the enhanced program extending to Unforgettable Croatia’s Australian team.
The updated benefits focus on wellbeing, family support, long term loyalty and professional development, while reinforcing the company’s commitment to travel enrichment for staff.
Central to the program is the continuation of the company’s £1000 annual Travel Enrichment Fund, equivalent to approximately A$2000, which is provided to every employee to support first hand travel experiences. Employees and their families also receive discounted personal travel across more than 50 destinations, alongside regular educational trips aimed at improving product knowledge.
New additions to the scheme include the introduction of a Family Horizons Fund, offering up to £2500, around A$5000, to support fertility treatment, adoption or surrogacy. Family leave has also been expanded, with five months of fully paid maternity and adoption leave, enhanced paid paternity leave and the introduction of a Business Travel Childcare Allowance to assist parents who are required to travel for work. The company has also introduced pawternity leave, recognising pets as part of the family.
Wellbeing benefits have been further strengthened through improved private healthcare support, subsidised gym memberships and enhanced sick pay. Mental health support now includes a company funded Calm app subscription, while employees aged over 45 are offered comprehensive health checks.
Long term loyalty is also being recognised, with employees reaching five years of service now offered a choice between a £2000 cash bonus or a 30 day paid sabbatical. Ten year milestones are marked with a £5000 contribution towards bucket list travel experiences.

Graham Carter (pictured above), co founder of Unforgettable Travel Company, which includes Unforgettable Croatia, said the expanded benefits reflect the evolving needs of a growing global team.
“Since launching our original benefits program, our team has grown globally and so have their needs. This latest evolution reflects what our people have told us matters most – flexibility, wellbeing, family support and the freedom to travel and keep learning. Our employees are at the heart of everything we do, and we believe this is one of the most thoughtful and generous packages in the industry,” Carter said.
The expansion comes as interest in Unforgettable Croatia’s luxury small ship cruises continues to grow in the Australian market, with Australians now accounting for one in five guests onboard. The company doubled its Australian presence last year, with Melbourne based employees Aurore Bertomeu and Carmela Pascuzzi among those eligible for the benefits program.
