Beyond Borders On The Road

ATIA is taking its acclaimed Beyond Borders Travel Summit on tour, announcing two brand-new events in Adelaide and Perth this July.

Dubbed BB On The Road, the series is designed to bring fresh industry insights, panel discussions and networking opportunities directly to travel professionals in South Australia and Western Australia.

The events are locked in for:

• Adelaide – 28 July at Crowne Plaza Adelaide (5pm for 6pm start)
• Perth – 30 July at Novotel Perth Langley (5pm for 6pm start)

The move follows the momentum of previous NTIA celebrations in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, and builds towards this year’s headline event: the Beyond Borders Travel Summit and NTIA Finalist Celebration on Friday 17 October, followed by the National Travel Industry Awards (NTIA) on Saturday 18 October, both taking place at The Star Brisbane.

Attendees at the Adelaide and Perth events can expect:

• An ATIA update, including post-election advocacy priorities
• A national market snapshot
• A curated panel discussion on hot-button topics including airline competition, border force and airport operations
• Dedicated time for networking and industry reconnection
• A local nod to NTIA winners and finalists

Richard Taylor, ATIA’s Director of Membership and Industry Affairs, said the expansion reflects the association’s commitment to national engagement.

“We’ve seen how impactful these conversations are, and now we’re bringing them straight to our members in South Australia and WA,” he said.

“This is about delivering meaningful moments for insight, connection and industry progress — and these two events are just the beginning.”
