Bunnik Tours has unveiled its comprehensive 2026 Europe, UK & Ireland program, inviting Australian travellers to explore an extensive selection of small group journeys that go beyond the typical highlights. With tours capped at just 20 guests, the program offers 30 unique itineraries across destinations such as the Balkans, Croatia, France, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Morocco, Portugal, Scandinavia, Spain and Türkiye.
The launch comes as Bunnik Tours responds to a 15% year-on-year increase in 2025 bookings, reflecting strong demand for more meaningful travel experiences. “Europe continues to be our most sought-after region, and our 2026 program reflects that demand,” said joint-CEO Dennis Bunnik. “Travellers want more than just a highlights reel – they want to dig deeper, to connect with the heart of a place. That’s what we’re all about.”
Brand new for 2026 is the 21-day Discover Spain & Portugal itinerary, featuring iconic sites as well as special experiences like paella making in Valencia and crafting Portugal’s famous custard tarts in Lisbon.
In response to the growing popularity of certain itineraries, Bunnik Tours has added more departures for tours including Georgia, Armenia & Azerbaijan – an itinerary that’s fast becoming one of Europe’s hidden gems. Sacha Bunnik and his daughter, Amie, will even join a special departure of this tour on 2 May. The Helsinki to Prague tour has also seen a boost in departures, including a special journey hosted by Sacha Bunnik and his wife, Inger, on 25 May. Other popular routes include Northern Italy, Slovenia & Croatia, Türkiye & Greece, and a Scandinavian Discovery with seasonal variations like Autumn Colours and Northern Lights tours.
Short Tours continue to be a hit, offering flexible, in-depth experiences in a compact timeframe. For 2026, Bunnik Tours has expanded the A Tale of Two Irelands tour to 17 departures, reflecting strong demand for this deep dive into Ireland’s landscapes and history. Scotland’s Highlands & Orkney and the Discover Iceland tours are also growing in popularity.
Meanwhile, the In-Style Tours – designed for indulgent escapes with no more than 16 guests – have three new departures for 2026. Highlights include Morocco In-Style, featuring stargazing from a luxury desert camp, and Türkiye In-Style, where guests will enjoy high tea at Istanbul’s iconic Pera Palace Hotel before staying in a cave hotel in Cappadocia.

“By keeping our groups small, we’re able to create unforgettable shared moments while treading lightly and supporting local communities,” said Mr Bunnik.
