Atlas Ocean Voyages has introduced its new Atlas Assurance program, giving travellers greater flexibility when booking 2026 European expedition voyages departing through to August 31.
Kristian C. Anderson, Atlas Ocean Voyages Executive Vice President Global Sales, said the program was designed to be customer-centric while giving agents confidence to book.
“Atlas Assurance reflects our commitment to putting guests first, offering the flexibility they expect while preserving the full value of their travel experience. It also gives travel advisor partners added confidence when recommending Atlas to their most valued clients,” Mr Anderson said.
Under the program, guests who book eligible 2026 voyages before May 15 may cancel for any reason up to 15 days prior to departure and receive a future cruise credit equal to 100 per cent of the cruise fare paid.
Credits can be applied to new bookings within 12 months and used for travel through to December 31, 2027.
The program applies to new bookings for 2026 Arctic, Mediterranean and Northern Europe voyages made between now and May 15, and requires payment in full prior to cancellation.
Standard refund policies continue to apply to government taxes, airfare, travel insurance and select third-party services.
