Celestyal has announced an exciting new cruise itinerary that combines the thrill of Formula One with the luxury of cruising, offering guests the chance to attend the 2025 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix with F1 legend David Coulthard onboard.
Dubbed Desert Days & Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, the one-off sailing marks the launch of Celestyal Journey’s second season in the Arabian Gulf and will feature Coulthard—Formula One driver turned commentator and entrepreneur—as a guest speaker. He’ll be joined by acclaimed sports broadcaster Laura Winter to provide exclusive insights across the race weekend.
Travellers can choose between two options:
- Seven-night Sail & Stay (Departs 4 December 2025):
- Includes two nights in a four-star Abu Dhabi hotel with access to the first and second practice sessions, qualifying, and race day. Guests then embark on a five-night cruise to Dubai (overnight stay) and Sir Bani Yas Island. From $2,982 per person twin share.
- Five-night Cruise (Departs 6 December 2025):
- Includes tickets to the third practice session, qualifying, and race day. Ports of call include Dubai (overnight) and Sir Bani Yas Island. From $2,058 per person twin share.
Both packages include scheduled transfers to the Yas Marina Circuit, a welcome cocktail reception, a beachside party at Sir Bani Yas Island, all meals, soft drinks, WiFi, gratuities and port fees.
