According to Grant Campbell, Chief Operating Officer (above), the company’s annual turnover in 2008 (its first full year of trading under House of Travel ownership) was just over $26 million.

“This equates to, on average, almost 20 per cent in annual growth, which is an extraordinary testament to our people’s passion for providing clients with the best possible travel experiences,” he said.

Campbell points out that within TravelManagers’ network of personal travel managers (PTMs) and 57 National Partnership Office (NPO) staff, more than 30 per cent have been part of the TravelManagers family for more than 10 years.

“Reaching $500 million in annual turnover is cause for celebration, not just as a financial milestone, but as an indication of the calibre of our network of PTMs and the resilience of our business model,” he added.

“We are committed to delivering the training, tools and technological advancements for our PTMs to thrive in the industry they love, ensuring that we have many more reasons to celebrate in the years ahead.”
