In this role, Kirsty will lead Swan Hellenic’s sales strategy and trade engagement throughout Australia and New Zealand.
She will work closely with agency partners, key accounts and industry stakeholders to support continued growth and brand awareness, reporting to Beth Stolyar, Regional Director.
Kirsty brings extensive experience in cruise and travel sales, with a strong focus on trade partnerships, commercial strategy and revenue growth.
She joins Swan Hellenic from HX Expeditions, where she served as Key Account Manager ANZ, managing key trade relationships across Australia and New Zealand and delivering targeted sales and marketing initiatives.
Her career includes senior roles with Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines, Royal Caribbean Cruises and The Travel Corporation, where she held leadership and account management positions across both the UK and international markets.
Kirsty has a proven track record in developing high-performing sales strategies, leading teams and building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with the travel trade.
