Gary Ewart is relinquishing his role as the owner of Helloworld Travel Carousel in Cannington in Western Australia.
Anusha Patel has taken ownership of the successful store, bringing with her an impressive 29 years in the travel industry, including 17 years as a consultant within the business.
Reflecting on the transition, Gary shared his thoughts and sentiments as he steps away from the business.
“This journey has been one of passion, dedication and unforgettable experiences,” he said.
“I’ve had the privilege of meeting thousands of clients for whom my employees have created lifelong memories through travel and I’m deeply grateful for the trust and support shown to me over the years.”
The ownership transition underscores Helloworld Travel’s commitment and focus on supporting experienced professionals by fostering new leadership.
“Helloworld Carousel has been in our community for over 30 years, dating back to its Harvey World Travel origins,” said Anusha.
“It’s a vibrant, trusted store and I’m thrilled to be taking on this new role and building on the legacy Gary has created with the same passion, care and service our clients have come to expect.”
