Trafalgar is launching a dedicated storytelling initiative designed to look past the famous landmarks and shine a spotlight on the true soul of America: its people.
The promotion comes as the country marks 250 years of independence, the centenary of Route 66 and co-hosting the World Cup.
“The USA is in the midst of a historic cultural moment, but what truly makes America a spectacular destination isn’t just its monuments – it’s the people who breathe life into them,” said Laura Stephenson, Marketing Manager – Oceania for Trafalgar.
“At Trafalgar, we believe in taking travellers to the absolute heart of a place. By sharing the authentic, insider stories of the locals who shape these communities, we are inviting Australians to experience a side of the USA they won’t find in a guidebook.”
The USA remains a top-tier destination. Its enduring appeal lies in its sheer diversity, offering a vast tapestry of landscapes, cultures and vibrant cities that continue to captivate Southern Hemisphere explorers.
Trafalgar will spend the coming months sharing the rich, diverse narratives of its American hosts through “The Real Word by Trafalgar”:
- From a pair of cider-pressing entrepreneurs in the woods of Michigan
- An indigenous storyteller in Montana
- A Yosemite conservancy naturalist protecting one of America’s National Parks
