Flight Centre Travel Group has acquired UK-based agency Fresh Approach, expanding its capabilities in the global Meetings and Events sector.

The acquisition brings Fresh into Flight Centre’s FCM Meetings and Events division, where it will retain its creative identity while benefiting from the group’s global scale, technology and corporate client base.

Fresh Approach specialises in brand experience, creative and production services, adding new capabilities to Flight Centre’s existing offering in the UK market.

The move is expected to deliver a more integrated end-to-end service, reduce reliance on external suppliers and unlock new revenue streams through cross-selling opportunities.

The acquisition aligns with Flight Centre’s strategy to expand beyond traditional travel management, targeting the growing meetings and events sector.

Established in 2004, Fresh employs around 65 people and will continue to be led by its existing leadership team.
