It’s been a long time between boissons but the New Caledonia Showcase Roadshow is bringing a touch of France back to Australian shores after a few years’ hiatus.

Set to visit Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane between June 17-19, the roadshow will feature a series of exclusive New Caledonian Soirées offering networking opportunities with industry representatives from the destination.

The evenings will provide an immersive experience with cultural activities, French delights and a tropical atmosphere.

Attendees will gain firsthand insights into Australia’s closest neighbour and the experiences that await travellers to the South Pacific destination.

“We’ve recently seen a surge in interest in the destination from Australian travellers, so the New Caledonia Showcase couldn’t have come at a better time to help inform advisors of what this French Pacific Paradise has to offer,” said Rebecca Marchal, Account Director for New Caledonia Tourism Australia.

“By facilitating new industry connections and strengthening existing relationships, our aim with the roadshow is to equip travel advisors with the necessary information and tools to help them create unforgettable journeys for their clients.”

Some 30,719 Aussies ventured to the destination in 2023, an 18.57% increase from pre-pandemic figures.

Industry partners at this year’s roadshow will include Le Meridien Noumea, Le Meridien Ile des Pines, Sheraton Deva, Chateau Royal, Ramada, Hilton La Promenade, Nouvata, DoubleTree Ilot Maitre, Le Paradis d’Ouvea, Le Lagon, Aircalin, Nouméa Double Deckers, Noumea Discovery, Promenade Tours and B&E Driving.

Events will take place in Brisbane (June 17), Melbourne (June 18) and Sydney (June 19). Expression of interest for these exclusive events is now open.
