Just You Launches As Solo Adventures Surge

Solo touring specialist Just You has appointed its first Australian staff member as the brand officially launches into the local market.

Natalie Chappell has stepped into the role of Senior Key Account Manager and is based in Melbourne. A keen solo traveller herself, she says she is excited to represent a company dedicated entirely to independent travellers.

“Joining Just You feels like a dream come true. I have always connected with the brand as a regular solo traveller and I love being part of a company that brings like minded people together to explore some of the world’s most incredible destinations,” Chappell said.

Just You, part of the G Adventures family and headquartered in the UK, unveiled its dedicated Australian program this month. The move comes as more Australians seek out solo travel experiences and purpose built group touring options.

Chappell brings more than 15 years of industry experience to the position, including eight years with Corporate Travel Management where she served as Head of Operations for Victoria. Her work there focused on driving business efficiencies, strengthening customer service, improving team culture and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Tom Morgan, trade sales director at Just You, said Chappell’s appointment marks an important milestone for the brand.

“Natalie is joining us right at the beginning of our journey in Australia and I know she will play a key role in establishing our presence here. There is enormous demand for solo travel in Australia and as a company dedicated to solo touring, we are excited to lead the way in this fast growing market. Just You offers around 100 itineraries across Asia, Africa, Europe, North America, South America, Australia and New Zealand. Tours range from four to 21 days and average 27 travellers. The company also offers a selection of ‘Max 20’ small group departures for a more personalised experience.

All tours are guaranteed to depart and include daily breakfast, selected meals, accommodation and experiences, along with a Just You Holiday Director. Every traveller is guaranteed their own room with no requirement to share.
