Famous chef Michel Roux is returning to Queen Anne with exclusive Le Gavroche at Sea residencies for 2027 and 2028.
Five culinary residencies with the two Michelin star chef will offer guests a rare opportunity to experience the celebrated spirit of the legendary Le Gavroche at sea.
The program will run on three seven-night sailings in May, August and September 2027, followed by a Norway and Denmark voyage in May 2028 and a Norwegian fjords departure in June 2028.
At the centre of each residency will be Le Gavroche at Sir Samuels, where a tasting menu inspired by the former London restaurant will be served to a maximum of 50 guests each evening. Former Le Gavroche team members Ursula and Silvia Perberschlager will also join the program.
Guests will have additional opportunities to hear from Mr Roux through live cooking demonstrations, Cunard Insights talks, Q&A sessions and book signings.
Residency voyages will also feature a three-course Gala menu across the main dining rooms and Oysters at Carinthia, an evening seafood offering in the Carinthia Lounge.

Paul Ludlow, Cunard President, said the residencies had attracted a strong response since Le Gavroche at Sea launched in 2024.
“The response to Le Gavroche at Sea has been extraordinary since its launch, and we’re delighted to continue our partnership with Michel in 2027 and 2028,” Mr Ludlow said.
“These residencies bring together outstanding dining, inspiring enrichment and some of Northern Europe’s most spectacular scenery, creating voyages that are truly unique to Queen Anne.”
Queen Anne is now the only place where guests can experience Le Gavroche in this format following the restaurant’s closure on land.
The confirmed departures are scheduled for May 2, August 29 and September 5, 2027, followed by May 21 and June 4, 2028.
“Today, Queen Anne is the only place in the world where guests can experience the spirit of Le Gavroche in this way, bringing together exceptional food, great company and unforgettable travel,” said Mr Roux.
“Sharing that experience at sea, while sailing through some of the world’s most spectacular destinations, makes it truly special.”
