Quest Apartment Hotels is expanding its Quest Advantage loyalty program through a new partnership with Antavo, with the upgrade designed to deliver more personalised offers, recognition and rewards for guests.
The enhanced program forms part of a broader digital transformation strategy across the apartment hotel network and is intended to give Quest greater flexibility to introduce new member benefits, partnerships and targeted offers over time.
The Antavo loyalty platform will connect with Quest’s Snowflake data environment through secure APIs and webhooks, allowing guest and loyalty information to move more efficiently across the business.
Quest said the integration will provide richer customer insights and help deliver more relevant communications before, during and after a stay. Property teams will also gain greater visibility of guest preferences, supporting a more personalised experience on site.
Anthea Dimitrakopoulos, Quest Apartment Hotels General Manager, Brand, Digital & ESG, said the changes were intended to strengthen relationships with returning guests.
“Quest Advantage has always been about recognizing and rewarding our loyal guests. This partnership with Antavo represents the next evolution of that commitment, giving us the ability to create more personalized experiences, deliver greater recognition and continue building meaningful rewards for our members over time,” Ms Dimitrakopoulos said.
She added that the company viewed loyalty as extending beyond points, with greater emphasis on understanding guest preferences and anticipating individual needs.
The investment also has implications for Quest’s franchise network, with more connected guest data expected to support both customer engagement and longer term commercial value across the business.
Attila Kecsmar, Antavo CEO and Co-Founder, said the platform would support the continued development of Quest Advantage as the program evolves.
