A luxury beachfront resort is putting couples at the centre of its experience, combining wellness, dining and outdoor activities across 20 hectares of coastal landscape.

Elements of Byron sits between rainforest and the Pacific Ocean at Belongil Beach in Byron Bay, with villas spread across wetlands, native bushland and beachfront areas designed to provide greater privacy.

Couples can start the day with complimentary sunrise yoga overlooking the ocean before exploring the coastline on horseback with Zephyr Horses or walking through the surrounding rainforest.

The resort’s Osprey Spa offers massages, beauty treatments and wellbeing packages, while an adults-only pool provides cabanas and a quieter alternative to the main pool area.

Dining options include wine and cheese experiences and dinner at Azure Bar and Grill, where menus feature produce from the Northern Rivers region.

Guests can also arrange beach picnics or spend the evening in their villa, with selected accommodation featuring freestanding baths and fireplaces.

Michael Skinner, Elements of Byron General Manager, said couples often return to the resort to mark milestones or simply spend time together.

“The beauty of romance is that it looks different for every couple. For some, it’s watching the sunrise over the ocean; for others, it’s sharing a meal, exploring the coastline or simply enjoying time together in the privacy of their villa,” Mr Skinner added.

Additional options for special occasions include flowers, handcrafted chocolates and the Pop the Fizz Celebration Stay, which combines a two-night stay with a massage, facial, Champagne and chocolates.
