Oceania Cruises has announced a comprehensive re-inspiration of Oceania Marina, with the 1,250-guest ship scheduled to enter dry dock in October for an extensive redesign of every stateroom and public space.
Jason Montague, Oceania Cruises Chief Luxury Officer, said the transformation reflected the brand’s commitment to continually raising the bar.
“With OceaniaNEXT, we are reaffirming our commitment to modern luxury by ensuring every ship in our fleet reflects the refined style, attention to detail and thoughtful innovation that define our brand,” Mr Montague said.
All staterooms will be fully redesigned with new layouts, sumptuous furnishings and entirely new bathrooms featuring marble finishes and rainforest showers.
Public areas will be refreshed with updated furnishings, new carpeting and refined lighting, while the enlarged Grand Lounge will introduce the Founders Bar, an atmospheric lounge specialising in artisanal cocktails.

A new Chef’s Studio will replace the former Artist Loft, offering culinary demonstrations, food and wine tastings and hands-on experiences.
The popular Baristas coffee house will gain a new Bakery serving French and Italian pastries throughout the day.
Signature specialty restaurants Polo Grill, Red Ginger, Toscana and Jacques will be enhanced with refreshed design and state-of-the-art galley improvements.
The re-inspiration of Oceania Marina is the first step in the line’s OceaniaNEXT program, a fleet-wide initiative designed to align all vessels with the design and ambiance of Oceania Cruises’ planned newbuilds.
