Hannah St Hotel in Melbourne’s Southbank has launched The Wind Down by Malin + Goetz, a new winter package designed around comfort, ritual and the art of slowing down.
Created in partnership with New York apothecary brand Malin + Goetz, the package transforms an overnight stay into a sensory winter escape. At its heart is Soft Flame, an exclusive cocktail developed by Bar Manager Ryan Brandon, inspired by Malin + Goetz’s Dark Rum fragrance and blending Plantation Dark Rum, bergamot, orange liqueur and vanilla.
The signature Wind Down package includes overnight accommodation, daily breakfast for two, two Dark Rum-inspired cocktails at Bar Hannah, nightly turndown service, extended 2pm checkout and a full-size Malin + Goetz Dark Rum candle to take home. Prices start from $705 per room for a minimum two-night stay.
For a more elevated retreat, The Ultimate Wind Down is available exclusively in Terrace Balcony Rooms, the Melbourne Suite and the Hannah Suite, adding cocktails shaken and served in-room on request and a signature Hannah St Hotel robe to take home.
Both packages draw on a natural connection between Melbourne and New York. Hannah St Hotel occupies a distinctive position within The Queensbridge Building in Southbank, an architectural landmark that shares a similar presence to New York’s Flatiron Building.
