A new small-group Morocco tour has launched for 2026 and 2027, taking travellers through the imperial cities of Fes, Marrakech and Meknes alongside the Sahara Desert.
The 12-day ‘Imperial Morocco’ itinerary from Wendy Wu Tours travels from Casablanca to Marrakech via the Sahara, visiting the ancient medina of Fes, the Roman ruins of Volubilis, the winding streets of Chefchaouen and a camel trek into the dunes of Erg Chebbi.
A night in a traditional desert camp beneath the stars is among the journey’s highlights.
Departures are available from September through to April 2027, with small groups of no more than 16 travellers and a local expert guide throughout. All accommodation, most meals, transport and guided experiences are included in the price.
Early bird savings of $300 per person apply to bookings made before August 31, bringing the price down to $2,795 per person twin share.
The itinerary is designed for travellers seeking authentic cultural immersion, with stays in traditional riads, home-cooked meals with local families and off-the-beaten-path experiences woven throughout the journey.
