From November 27, travellers can fly direct from Perth to the capital of Manila year-round while seasonal flights from Brisbane to Cebu will take off from December 3.

The new services will operate three times a week using Jetstar’s next-generation Airbus A321LR aircraft, part of the airline’s quieter and more fuel-efficient fleet.

Together the routes will add more than 108,000 low-fare seats annually opening up new holiday options for Australian travellers – from the white-sand beaches of Cebu to the energy and culture of Manila.

The launch of these new services is part of Jetstar’s broader commitment to delivering great value travel experiences across the Asia-Pacific, with the airline launching or announcing 20 new domestic and international routes since June 2024.

This expansion is being driven by Jetstar’s investment in new state-of-the-art Airbus A321LR and A320neo aircraft, alongside redeployment of its Boeing 787 Dreamliners on longer-haul services.

“The launch of low fares direct flights to the Philippines is an exciting milestone, unlocking two amazing destinations for Aussie travellers,” said Stephanie Tully, Jetstar Group CEO.

“As demand for low-cost international travel continues to grow, our pipeline of new aircraft is helping us deliver even more low fares to new destinations – so our customers can take off more, for less.”

To celebrate the launch of the new flights, Jetstar is offering sale fares starting from $188 from Brisbane to Cebu (one-way) and from $199 (one-way) for Perth to Manila.
