Scenic Group has announced it will be launching a new integrated global loyalty program on February 10.
The new initiative will merge the current EmeraldEXPLORER and Scenic Club memberships into one program.
It will provide all current and future members with a simplified tier structure for members to earn and receive status points for all Scenic and Emerald ocean, river and escorted land journeys, spanning seven continents and more than 100 countries.
This will enable members to consolidate all their status points into one unique account, earn and redeem special rewards globally.
The program includes a new MyRewards feature that provides a monetary value for members to redeem.
This has been designed using valued member and travel advisor feedback to ensure it provides enhanced recognition, communication and benefits
